We continually strive to offer the best possible service in regards to management and maintenance, while maintaining a great value in regards to our rental rates.
We are very proud that our residents have recognized these efforts over the years which are reflected by our high scores in the OSU Renter's Guide. Included in the positive feedback we recently had 100% of our resident's polled indicate they would rent from us again and top overall performance (2013-14 Guide).
As we only have two properties in the Ohio State Off-Campus area, we do not always get enough responses to qualify for the guide. Below are links to the last five Renter's Guides we were included in.
